We are SOOO excited to release our very first fusion video. Last week’s wedding with Alyssa and Blake was stunning. The two of them are amazing people with sweet spirits and their wedding day was gorgeous. We took a few short video clips throughout the day on our amazing camera (Canon 5D Mark II) and created this fusion video including those clips and other pictures from the wedding. Enjoy!!!
Happy anniversary to our dear friends Megan and Victor. It is hard to believe it has already been a year since their lovely wedding. It has been a year since we have seen our dear friends, but we are so excited that we will get to see them this weekend at a friends wedding.
Thank you for letting us be a part of your wedding Megan and Victor, and for being two of our dearest friends!
We have been looking forward to Alyssa and Blake’s wedding for months now and we were so happy to be a part of it. Alyssa and Blake’s vintage wedding was nothing short of a fairy tale. Everything was perfectly planned and every detail was thought of. From their lovely outdoor ceremony at The Orchard to the gorgeous and unique vintage centerpieces on each table it was a gorgeous wedding.
The best part of the day was, however was definitely Alyssa and Blake. Though they grew up very close to each other, it wasn’t until the both moved several hours away to attend Baylor University that the two met. A friend said that she knew the two would get married some day and she was right. The ceremony was lovely and when the Best Man, Matron of Honor, and the Father of the Bride gave toasts during the reception, I don’t think there was a dry eye in the room. They talked about how perfect Alyssa and Blake are for each other. Alyssa’s Dad talked about how for years he has prayed for the man his daughter would marry and Blake was so much more then he even thought to pray for. The whole day was a testament to the love that Alyssa and Blake have for each and the love that all their friends and family have for them.
Alyssa and Blake, Thank you so much for allowing us to be a part of your day, and for not only being our clients, but our friends. We look forward to hearing all that God has in store for your lives together. We hope you are having a fabulous time in Antigua!
There were so many lovely details. Blake’s mom put together all of the center pieces and each table had a different center. So many beautiful vintage details!!!
Alyssa and Blake did not do an official first look, but they did hold hands before the ceremony. They could not see each other behind this large tree, and it was SOOO cute. Love it…
Alyssa did however did a “first look” with her dad. He patiently had to wait outside to see her for the first time in her dress and Alyssa wrote a beautiful note for him. After he was done reading the note, she signed the love note using her (now) maiden name for the last time. And the water works begin!!!!!
The Orchard is such an amazing venue! There are scores of acres for beautiful portraits and we gladly soaked up the golden sun at sunset while the guests enjoyed cocktail hour.

We are beyond thrilled and excited to have more of our work featured on a wedding blog. Today Le Magnifique featured Kayla + Evan’s Dallas engagement session at the Hickory Street Annex. We love their wedding blog and be sure to head over there to read more about Kayla + Evan’s love story at the bottom ;)
This past weekend I (Jeremy) had the amazing opportunity to photograph a wedding with my new friend Katie. Katie and I met last year at a professional workshop and when she was needing an assistant and second photographer for one of her weddings I was more than thrilled to be a part of the day.
Sarah Jane and Alex were so much fun to be around. Alex has a wonderful and sweet family. As he and his family got ready in the afternoon I pretended to understand their quick speaking Spanish, but really I no speaky espanol ;) When I got to the church I was stunned at the natural beauty of Sarah Jane. Their reception was at the beautiful Lancaster Theater in Grapvine, TX.
Sarah Jane – seriously?! This may be the biggest diamond I have photographed. Great job Alex!!!
The musician inside me couldn’t pass up grabbing some shots of the awesome band! I love the soprano sax!!!
Thanks Katie (with Two Blue Shoes Photography) for inviting me along, and thank you Sarah Jane + Alex for allowing me to share these memories with you!
