I took a break from the Our Random Life posts, because in all honesty I didn’t think anyone really found all of our randomness that interesting…until someone asked me about it…so it has returned.
Please tell me I am not the only one that gets stuck when I have to decide what to cook for dinner. I decided to try to cook healthier and to try to mix things up a bit with some new recipes and turned to Pinterest. I have tried two new things already this week and they were both delicious! Brown Sugar, Garlic Chicken and then Spaghetti Squash with Pan Seared Chicken. They were both a hit, and yes, even Jeremy loved them. You see, when Jeremy and I got married the only vegetable he would eat was corn, and when I asked him if he liked salad he told me he had never had salad before…no joke. We have made great strides since then…
We have been going to the gym to work out several times a week for the past couple of weeks. I am super excited about it, because it is not a New Years resolution and we are actually sticking with it. I have actually found myself looking forward to working out and enjoying it…well except for those last 5 minutes on the eliptical…I don’t really enjoy those.
Because of our new gym routine, Jeremy (who knows me so well) knew that I would want some cute workout clothes. So, we did a little shopping this week and got some cute shorts and tshirts, and we both got adorable new running shoes.
