From the kitchen…Italian Pasta Stir Fry

I enjoy cooking and Jeremy enjoys eating, so we are a great pair. I am always on the hunt for a new recipe, and sometimes I get brave and decide to make one up. I just throw random things together and say a little prayer that it will somehow taste good. A few months ago I blogged about one of our favorite recipes that I made up, that we call The Favorite. Last week I decided to try to make something new…and Jeremy and I are were so happy with the results. I have named it Italian Pasta Stir Fry and it is easy and delicious which are two of the key ingredients to any recipe. Here is the recipe and a few photos of the process.

this is quite amazing to realize that jeremy, who picked all the veggies out of my pasta
salad, ate all these veggies! ohhhh, it’s hard to believe that texas can change a person
so much…! when you visit, i’ll be sure to make my “vegetable medley” just to be sure you are not an imposter!
