50,000 Words Are Still Not Enough

Here is what Jeremy left for me yesterday on his blog for our anniversary…just one more way to prove that I am the luckiest girl in the world.

When God sends a person into your life who literally transforms every aspect of it, it is hard to remember the times you weren’t together. Two years ago I said “I do” to the woman who forever changed me and my life. I realize two years is really not that long, but it seems like we have been together forever.

I could not truly come up with the words that would express my thoughts, feelings, and love I have for you, Kristin, so what better way than through pictures. After all, a picture is worth a thousand words. So here  are 50,000 words.

Our wedding…

undefinedundefined

Our honeymoon suite in Riviera Maya, Mexico

undefined

the pool!

undefinedundefined

I love her. It’s true.

undefined

We ordered breakfast delivered to our room every morning! that is the life!

undefined

Snorkeling in the caves. And yes there were bats!

undefinedundefined

I was selected to go onstage where the guy would try to make a fool of me by playing “pantomime ping-pong” – little did he expect me to be an actor as well! soo fun

undefinedundefined

Our First Christmas as husband and wife.

undefined

Best Christmas present from my in-laws. Wii!!!

undefined

Our First Vacation. Savannah, GA.

undefinedundefinedundefined

Yes, we actually took the tripod with us in a backpack. We are nerds, ok!

undefined

Our First Easter service was at Passion City Church in Atlanta Georgia with Louis Giglio and Chris Tomlin. Amazing to say the least.

undefinedundefinedundefined

Did I mention we had close seats! Louis’ sermon was unforgettable!

undefined

Mission Trip to Mexico – June 2010.

undefined

One Year Anniversary at a Bed & Breakfast in Mobile, AL. It was sooo gorgeous and beautiful

undefinedundefined

I played the piano, and Kristin used it as a backdrop for a ring shot! Steinway incase you were wondering…

undefinedundefined

While at PTS we spent many nights walking around campus at night

undefined

And yes, the commentaries were constantly on the kitchen counter being read for class.

undefined

Kristin got the idea for this ring shot in the PCC library. Since the first two years of our marriage were spent in grad school at PTS I think the pic just tells the story

undefinedundefinedundefined

These were for all the times where “sorry” wasn’t enough…

undefinedundefined

Our second Christmas married!

undefined

Vacation to Destin, FL in February 2011.

undefinedundefinedundefined

I love the lighting in this picture! Isn’t she gorgeous! It was taken in a booth at the Mellow Mushroom

undefined

We love us some smoothies

undefined

Dolphin Cruise!

undefined

Kristin and I find out we are expecting little baby Schmucker!

undefined

Graduation! Finally after 2 years of intense studying we have our master’s degree!

undefined

Baby Schmucker is a girl – Stella Grace

undefinedundefined

Our last day in Pensacola, FL was Victor and Megan’s wedding. Bitter sweet…

undefined

Since we never did engagement session with our wedding photographer (which we regret! majorly!) we did an “after session.” 2 years after that is!

undefined

Happy Anniversary my love. I hope you know just how much I love you, respect your, and look up to you. You are everything to me and you give me the drive to become a better husband, Christian, leader, and soon to be father.

With all my love.

Too cute. Thanks for sharing and Congrats!

I have friends that did the same thing, they didn’t do engagement shots either and wished they had but then 1 year later they asked me to do a session for them.
